disgusted!

The bag came and was very nice, opened it to find A USED JAR OF VASELINE!!!!! Extremely grossed out and can’t believe Macys would let this by!!! Clearly was used and returned by another customer.

very nicely built! very practical with side storage on 3 side all can be zipper2zipper lock! Would love to see if it fit under the seat! maybe it would if you don't super pack it up. It does not have a shoe storage. would have been awesome..

The color is nice but this bag was too large to go with the matching carry-on. I returned it. I would prefer to have the under-seat piece but it was not available in the Raspberry color.
