Great suitcase, poor handle quality

I love the suitcase! The wheels glide so nicely and the compartments are the perfect size for my organization. I am disappointed that the handle material is basically sheathing.

Disappointed with Macys Quality Control

When I received my luggage, I was disappointed to find it covered in dust, with the wheels showing signs of dirt and hair—almost as if it had already been rolled around on the floor. Given that it was shipped from Macy’s Albany, NY, I suspect they sent me a display item. There were also minor scuffs on the body. While I understand that luggage will inevitably pick up wear and tear during travel, I wouldn’t expect it to arrive in this condition when purchased brand new from a department store. In contrast, the other piece I ordered directly from Samsonite arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately, this experience has lowered my expectations of Macy’s quality control.

Excellent lightweight and great quality!

Great esthetic, lightweight, unisex. It’s all black including the handle and extension bars which I like. Something to note is that the handle is narrower compared to my previous Samsonite carry-on which had a thicker design. It works well for me.

Amazing Carry-On
