Good quality but new model missing features
Good quality but not as described. Appears that the newer model no longer has the USB port and wireless charging pocket. The USB port has been replaced with a pass though and the wireless pocket was replaced with normal pockets. Everything else on the bag is as described. It’s well built and the material is good quality. If those two items are not something required, I would recommend the bag.

Not worth the price!
We wanted a higher quality piece of luggage for future travels. We were replacing 4 pieces of our 5-year old Samsonite luggage that had broken zipper pulls. So disappointed that this bag had the same poor quality zippers as our older bags. This is going to be returned.

Well Built and Super Useful
Backpack is my 2nd one from Samsonite. They are very well built and can carry a lot of stuff. I generally carry 2 laptops and a tablet, so it can get heavy. It's a great airplane companion, fits under the seat like a champ. Lot's of compartments, so it's very flexible in how you put stuff in it. The padded straps help ease shoulder strain. The one thing that keeps me from giving it the highest rating is that the bottom outside pouch is challenging to use. There could be a bit more though in it's location only because it's the one I use the most. I prefer it to be up top. Other than that, it's great!
