The site describes the product as 17.5 H x 18.1 L x 12.5 D. The box the product arrived in measures 15.4 H x 17.2 L x 9.6 D. If the Product dimensions were correct, it would not fit in the box it was shipped in.

Mobile solution with ultimate issues
Other than looking pretty and having good amount of compartment in a tight fit, everything else in its working is difficult. Even when I slide zipper almost all the way down, it’s so tough it does not open unless I slide zipper all the way to the bottom where it opens all the way up. This shouldn’t happen having me expose everything in public It’s also not designed to hold the weight. It falls foward if I open it because the wheels are behind the front area when I open it The handles are hard to manage and always in the way of opening the luggage. The clip for both handles are fragile The wheels are too small and hard to roll for work in New York. The rolling is harder and harder to go through the city streets with lumps and bumps and snow. Becuase the wheels are so small, the luggage bottom gets wear and dirty on the bottom all rover everyday just by regular walking. I don’t abuse my item and it’s already look used. I hate it. It is getting louder and louder. The handle is hard to go down at random times when I need to have it down for my next travel destination. The inner slots overlap each other even alittle bit is harder to put things in because the compartments are not strong. The outside is so hard that I cannot get anything or put anything in unless I open it all the way. It is just very try inconvenience and annoying to use.

Not worth the price!
We wanted a higher quality piece of luggage for future travels. We were replacing 4 pieces of our 5-year old Samsonite luggage that had broken zipper pulls. So disappointed that this bag had the same poor quality zippers as our older bags. This is going to be returned.

The perfect solution!
I have a large laptop and have gone through the gamut of options for transporting my work back and forth. From oversized handbags to the popular named backpacks, my shoulders and back were taking the brunt of my workload. I had seen the Samsonite Mobile Office option but thought it was a little extreme for my work items. I don't fly for my position and it seemed more as if it were suited for those that travel often...I was so wrong. The Samsonite Pro Upright Mobile Office is exactly what it says. The mobile office has a sleek and clean feel while still holding all files needed, my laptop, and room to spare. The wheels are small and quiet why the handle allows me to pull with ease. I am so thankful for this product and the name that stands behind it.

Lightweight yet durable roller for daily commuting
Feels very sturdy, with beefy zippers and thick ballistic nylon. Spacious main compartment, and intelligent dividers and front pockets. Handle can lock in a couple of positions for folks of different heights, and handle is generally more robust than other rollers I've used. Only issue is that laptop compartment must be unzipped nearly to full extent to get my hands in to grab laptop or folders.

Refused the return
it's very small for travel. I ordered a bigger one. when I tried returning it with original backage, they said it's 37 days and can't be returned. the bag is not bad for couple of days trip but you can get it from a company that respect customers.

Meh....not so great
I bought it 12 months ago as i travel heavily for work. Pockets and design is good but handle retraction has issues. Upon calling Samsonite they want me to pay to ship it back to get "serviced". Cant bring it basck to store where i bought it to have them deal with their issues??!?!?! I am going back to Briggs & Reilly who stands behind their product. Samsonite you have to fight tooth and nail to get them to fix their problems... i have no time for that.

I settled
It's ok, I needed to replace my carry-on Samsonite from 2018. I guess it has to grow on me, not a fan of the wetpak pocket, because if something spills, that pocket becomes ruined for the life of the bag. A portable or detachable wetpak is much easier and better for traveling. Not one that is stitched into the bag. The other pocket is too small for anything besides maybe a tie or belt? I like having a full pocket on that side as well as the pockets on the outer side of that. The TSA lock on the outside is completely pointless for a carry on bag, not sure why you need it? Takes up space. It feels much cheaper than the beast I had from 2018. The tri-fold suiter feels cheaply made. The packing side is about the same as my old one; hopefully, it will expand with wear and tear. I needed one, it's hard to find a carry on that you like. I settled...
