My family has always had something from this company to help get our things from place to place. Recently decided to replace my old set, everything showed up exactly as described. I look forward to seeing if this set can hold up for the next 20 years as my hand me down pieces have. I bought this specifically to replace my Grandfather's old garment bag that saw me through many years of service in the USMC. As i get older though i like wheels on things and these glide.

Great piece of luggage. Used as a carryon.
Works as advertised. Be mindful of small airports like the one in Colorado. They made me empty it out because it wouldn’t fit in their machine.

Latest version of a Samsonite classic!
Just got back from my first trip using it. Checked the bag, and it looks good as new after arriving home. I had an older model ~30 years ago and it finally wore out. It holds a lot more than you might think. I am able to get as much as I did in a large checked bag, one larger than the hang up bag. Wheels are great as well. I hope it lasts as long as the original one did!

Defective and Macys refuses to give refund
The garment bag’s main zipper broke on the very first trip it was used on!! Also, Macy’s first promised to send a replacement which they did not, then they promised a refund but instead they sent me a gift card!!! I complained about the gift card and it has been three months yet no refund. I should not be forced to shop at a store that does not make good on their defective merchandise. This garment bag was not cheap!

It took out the “lug” from our luggage!
