Travel

My family has always had something from this company to help get our things from place to place. Recently decided to replace my old set, everything showed up exactly as described. I look forward to seeing if this set can hold up for the next 20 years as my hand me down pieces have. I bought this specifically to replace my Grandfather's old garment bag that saw me through many years of service in the USMC. As i get older though i like wheels on things and these glide.

Perfect checked luggage

Don't purchase. Look elsewhere

2 trips.. Twice the zipper has come apart.. Glad had my clothes in the compression straps. The zipper on this luggage is trash. I previously purchased a 3 piece set of off brand luggage that was much cheaper and more durable. Lasted years. Decided to spend a more money on a bigger name brand.. Big mistake. The return and repair process is complicated and expensive. They designed it that way to discourage getting luggage repaired.

I like my choice..Missing 1 little thing

I am pleased with my choice of luggage. Only one thing missing. I purchased the middle size suitcase. It didn't come with the protection dust bag. The carry-on and large suitcases came with the nice white dust bags. I can't understand why that one little detail wasn't detected and corrected. I'm going to contact customer service to request the dust bag. Other than that, I like the set and look forward to using the pieces.
