Another lost customer Macy's!
I’m giving one star because I can’t give zero. I ordered a new Samsonite hard cover spinner, but what I received today was in terrible condition—scratched, dusty, dirty, and clearly used. Great job, Macy's. When you respond with your usual canned reply, remember that this kind of service is why you're losing customers. I’ll be returning this item, and I feel sorry for whoever gets it next.

Was so Dissappointed. Recieved used/returned luggage. C’mon Macy’s i know i bought it on sale but atleast you cleaned it up. Scratches all over!!! Will return

First time out!
I purchased the Samsonite carry-on in deep purple with grey trim. I only traveled with it once, domestic with Delta. The plane was a small jet that didn’t have the storage capacity on 1st class for my carryon so it had to be checked🙁. When they returned it to me the carryon shell was a bit scratched and the grey edges, dirty.🙁 Afterwards, the wheels moved smoothly as well as the handle so It took an unnecessary beating and it’s still holding up.
We made the right choice!!!
After weeks of endless customer reviews and research of other major luggage brands, by process of elimination searching for overall best quality product that we felt would last for years to come, we purchased two of these carry-on spinners for our upcoming vacation. Wow! Considering the bumps and bruises they endured, the wheels and the cases still look perfectly new. Also, the handles slid up and down, as expected. We were very surprised as to how much they held, so I actually able to travel with one less piece of baggage on the trip! We plan to purchase the larger pieces in the coming months to have matching sets prior to our upcoming summer vacation.
