Trouble

Bought 2 for my son and DIL as gifts. On its first use spinner wheel came apart on 1 of the bags. . Took forever to get any help from Samsonite. Emailed all the info/pic needed. Finally got response- they have no replacement part available. Closest Samsonite repair is an hour and a half away!

Disgusting

I never write reviews, but this warranted one! Suitcase came with scuffs, when I opened it there was an overwhelming musty odor, there were no tags on it other than a reticket tag. No instructions for the lock, no warranty info. I’m actually shocked Macy’s would ship an item in this condition.

Spin Tech 5

I'm preparing for a cruise to Greece and needed new luggage. I've consistently had good experiences with Samsonite, so I decided to try the Spin Tech 5. It's a spacious suitcase with compartments for clothes. I appreciate its maneuverability and the TSA lock feature. The quality appears excellent. The only minor concern is a scuff mark, but there's no other damage.
