Poor quality
Very disappointed. After just one use the zipper is broken. I would not recommend this product.

Very Disappointed
Samsonite used to mean top quality but this set is anything but. I took one trip with the luggage and the zippers is already catching and not closing properly. The quality of the whole design and materials are also a lot lower than I expected from this top brand name. I bought the luggage for a cruise I’m taking in the spring and I am so glad I tested it on a trip first. I will not be taking this set with me. I did not want to believe the other reviews thinking they were flukes but save your money. This luggage set is a definite miss.

Beautiful color. Too large for overseas travel. Feels flimsy. Concerned about reviews on zippers breaking.

Please stop selling this item
This item alone has diminished Macys credibility. I have lost trust in your value. It seems you no longer care about your consumer by selling a product that has an obvious defect that is mentioned consistently in the reviews. I packed this suitcase for the first time and the zipper broke instantly.
