Garbage
The worst suitcase I have ever had in my many years of traveling. I bought this “Samsonite” suitcase for my 36-day trip through Europe and on the first day one of its wheels broke. I had to spend the 36 days traveling with the discomfort of a suitcase with only 3 wheels. Terrible quality. If I could give -1 star, it would be my review.
Bad zipper
After closing the luggage the first time the zipper opened up with out even being forced

Samsonite UPTEMPO 2pc hs set
I bought these pieces of luggage's during prime July 8-11 2025 sale. Always an avid hardcore fan! Gray color. My first Samsonite was in 1995 after graduation from med school. Mama's gift. Never gave me trouble . Still have wheels and durable in fact and was used to travel to far away places . Uptempo has a coating considered a reliable protective barrier b against scratches and dents

Absolute garbage
Bought this May 1, 2025. Took 2 trips with my large suitcase. Zipper is already broken. The small suitcase always wants to tip over when rolling it. My JCPenney and Walmart specials were better quality than this garbage. Highly disappointed

Poor Quality Zipper on Larger Suitcase
I purchased this suitcase set as a Christmas gift for my mom. I was disappointed to hear the zipper broke on the larger suitcase the first time she used the bag. The contents in her bag spilled out all over the baggage claim terminal area. Thankfully, she was able to recover all her items. This is not the quality I expect from Samsonite.

Bad zipper
I bought these as a present to my sister and the zipper on the large luggage broke before she even used it.
