This is a really nice suitcase. It is sized as 'checked' luggage, which is what I needed. It is, however, VERY lightweight. As more and more airlines are imposing and enforcing weight limits, it makes sense to use a suitcase which is well-made and durable, but light enough to allow for more packables. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
Store pick up
Terrible! The items I ordered were removed from box. Dirty and tags & labels falling off. Giving as a gift. So I refuse items at curbside pick up and return the items and re-ordered them and asked that when the new items were shipped to the store to keep them in the boxes. I was assured that would happen. Only one of the two items came in and I was told if I didn’t pick it up they would restock it so I came to pick it up and of course it was removed from the box. Still waiting on the second item. So I need to make a third trip back to probably pick up another unboxed item. Never again. No thank you Macy’s.
