Poor zippers

Zippers broke 3 times and after 2 repair visits. Please Fix quality of zippers on bag. Last zipper broke on flight. Had to take off my belt to secure contents.

Disappointed

Not as expected, very shallow, not a lot of room for the laptop or tablet & both are relatively small. All compartments are very small & shallow,esp when compared to my previous Samsonite mobile office bag.

sturdy

Sturdy, easy to carry around. The way that the largest compartment opens is not super easy to access, and the handle has some hiccups when going up and down. And it is heavy.
