The Frame that gets all the Attention!
This was a purchase for our guest bedroom in our exposed basement. So not only is it a TV for our guests its a live decoration Piece for our guests to enjoy when visiting. My wife loves exploring the gallery and finding new portraits or backgrounds to display. Its been quite the conversation piece.

Love, love, love the art work that I can display. I have the TV on a swivel mount. When I am done I push it up against the wall and always display my art.

Our tv has a glitch
We purchased two Frame TVs. The large one is fantastic. The smaller one has a great picture but has a glitch we've not been able to figure out. It goes to black for a few seconds then comes right back. We have researched and tried re-wiring to no avail. This has been a source of frustration for us.

Frame is an Elegant Solution to Ugly, Large Screen
I detest the large screen TV that dominates the room it is in. Frame has solved that problem. It takes little or no space, it does not require a special, ugly piece of TV furniture and it looks like just another picture frame. I don't even use my Frame as a TV but as a Windows 11 monitor. I would have given my Frame 5 stars but for some reason the inactivity shutoff will shut off the screen while I am actively working on my PC.

The picture is simply fantastic!
We have tried a number of brands over the years and Samsung is hands down the best quality we have experienced starting with the picture. Simply fantastic! We highly recommend your television.

Unreliable wi-fi connection
Picture is fine, but every few days the TV looses its connection to wi-fi even though the router booster is within 2 ft. of the TV. Unplugging and plugging in fixes this, but it's a hassle.

Great Picture
The TV has worked great. Only issue has been the remote doesn't turn the TV on or off. We have been using the Smart Devices app on our Samsung phones.
