Display doesn't work after 6 months And they won't fix it Even under warranty!

It’s just okay…
TV was excellent at the start but just a year and a half later, it now goes black for a few seconds while watching something on it and continues to do this constantly. So far my only solution Is unplug power to it for a half hour and plug back in. Ridiculous!!! Spend so much and quality is garbage!

If you love art you got no option but these one.
I love the art pieces it brings with the membership and the features it has like the sensor the TV has to turn off by itself.

Great picture - art selections are amazing
The Frame TV offers a great picture and the art selections are varied and fun. The only thing keeping this from a five star rating is the inability to download some streaming apps. The Big 10 Network and other sporting networks are among those that are not available on Samsung TV.

Love My Frame TV
Purchased Samsung Framed TV for our kitchen which is also visible from our Family Room. The artwork and other options for streaming are beautiful and we love changing for all holidays. Also able to stream our pictures. TV has great picture!

Love my Samsung Frames
I now have 3 Samsung Frames TV’s. I started with the 65”, then added an 85”. I just purchased a 55” for our quasi exercise/office room (converted bedroom). We love the Frame, because in addition to the quality and features, it also provides a “framed” art piece, and isn’t just a large black rectangle hanging on the wall. I did notice the most recent Frame had features which apparently are not available on my previous Frame TV’s, namely the Daily +, which provides exercise routines. This works out for our purposes, but since it is likely software/links, I am not sure why it is not available on previous versions .

Art Wall is looking great
I'm not a big TV watcher, but I needed one for occasional movies and sports events. I love my Frame TV because I was able to create a wall full of paintings and art, and it matches perfectly. Every time I walk into my living room, I enjoy seeing my wall, rather than just an empty black rectangle where a TV would be. I also appreciate the art offerings included with the subscription, which is reasonably priced. The system is great for streaming apps and has good connectivity. I like the sound and light adapter as well. My only complaint is that the replacement frames are pricey in my opinion, so I haven't had the chance to get another color yet. Consequently, it still looks just black.

How do I make additional folders on my Frame TV in order to organize the countless number of photos you provide, that I pay a membership to access? This is a bit limiting when you only have a single Favorites folder available. I should be able to take all the scary photos you have and make a "Halloween" folder, all the snowscapes and make a "Winter" folder. The only reason I am paying for the membership is to get "UNLIMITED" access to your photos. Why isn't there a way to make folders or to group the pictures how I would like them to be?
