Great imagine but bad quality

Great TV, good quality and features but a lot of issues with the screen, fix 2 times and still having problem. poor original cables for the price paid.

Great Investment

Purchase the TV about a year ago. Pictures are clear and crisp. The applications are quick and snappy to load. I had previously purchased 3 other Samsung "9" class TV and have always been impressed by them. My latest TV is the QN900C 8K TV and have loved it. The bezels are thin and not noticeable. The pictures looks like it is floating because the of the thin bezels. The only issue with the TV is when you have a black background and you have white sub-title text, it seems to glow/bleed slight white onto the black background. The remote has a built in solar cell to charge it. I only had to charge the remote once since I had the TV because my bedroom is mostly low light and dark. Too bad there is no 8K content except for what is on YouTube. Overall, I am happy with the TV and the visual quality of the picture and sound it produces.

Fabulous Samsung Large than Life TV..

Fabulous larger than life tv. Clear and clean where UHD and HD is available and am very happy with watching my tv. Sport is so great to watch on the big screen. The quality is amazing and very happy to navigate all my programs and favourites.

Beautiful TV but so many problems…

I bought this 10 months ago and it has been one problem after another. First the screen has a dark shadow, although not big, but noticeable. The screen has to be replaced. Then the hard drive went out and entire unit was replaced. Service request from Samsung is great but the service contractors were not good. Overall, the tv itself has too many issues

Not even 12 months old and not working

I bought this TV 9 months ago and now it's not working. Picture wise it's amazing but have had to contact Samsung and a repair person will need to assess - so very disappointing.
