Disappointed in Samsung 55" NEO QLED GN80F

I like the brightness of the picture and resolution. But, the flesh tones are unrealistic and sometimes wash out the face. Has no definition/shadows on the face. This appears differently from live news performances to recorded programs. Also, the User Guide is pathetic. It is to sparse in its explanation of how to make settings changes. very disappointed in Samsung. Set-up was not as easy as expected. Ran Technical Analysis on TV it reported Remote Control Fail Channel, but doesn't tell you what to do. Information is Poor.

Lots of good features

I bought this TV about 6 or 7 weeks ago I really like it, but I have one regret that I didn’t buy a 75 or a 77 inch instead I’m happy with every aspect of the TV

Samsung failure to honor warranty

85 inch Neo Qled picture freezes cant fix, must shut power tv down to reset. Happens several times in the span of couple hours.

AI is terrible feature, maybe you'll get it right

I bought this TV at Christmas end returned it 3 days later. AI is a joke.......The picture is blurry every time the scenery changes. The picture is way better on my 2012 UN55ES8000
