Bad jewelry box

I was very satisfied with the mecklace but it came in a dilapidated dime store box with an unglued ribbon and with cracked card board ends. For a necklace of this value, I would expect a significantly better jewelry box.

Tarnished Rose Gold

Says 14 Kt. Not true after one Years the Rose Gold has tarnished. Now it looks cheap and junk. I only got to wear it only once. Don't buy.

Dull tarnished rose gold color.

The ruby was okay. The rose gold is very dull. It looks more like tarnished yellow gold than rose gold. The color of the gold just blends into my skin because it looks beige. So the necklace doesn't stand out at all when you wear it. I bought some ruby earrings to wear with this, and the rose gold on the earrings is much prettier than this necklace. I wish the necklace had rose gold that looked like the earrings. The diamonds are tiny and not sparkly. The chain and clasp are very small and delicate. The box seemed like a nice touch when I first opened it, but then the second time I opened it (before I even wore the necklace) the white piece of cardboard or whatever lines it fell out and there is ugly dried brown glue showing. So, the box will not last as something nice to keep the necklace in. I was expecting better quality from Macy's.
