Poor quality stone and weak chain

This really is a poor quality piece of jewellery. The stone supplied was foggy, occluded and contained numerous flaws when seen close up, when on the individual it looks almost black and just doesn't sparkle or pop in any way. The chain is so small and weak that any amount of snagging on clothes will break the chain, the clasp is tiny and difficult to operate. One could call it delicate but thats showing its weakness not a strength. I would be frightened to wear it. I returned this for a full refund. Oh yes and Macy's took 12 days to deliver !!
