Ring not received

I have paid for the ring, but I never received it according to Macy’s I have to provide the police department in order to get the refund. Macy’s also said that UPS has delivered it so no refund.

Does not look blue

Attractive ring, but the stones do not look blue in color. They appear black. Only if you angle the ring in a bright light or sunlight, can you see a glint of blue.
