Buyer Beware

Had two of these ottomans delivered on October of 2020. Both of them permanently sagged in the middle. Opening the underside zipper revealed these ottomans are not framed adequately. Expect the ottomans to last about 2 years at best with normal wear and tear.

Overpriced lump

After just over 1 month the ottoman under the cushion has shifted off to one side and the material is dropping. Very disappointed in this piece. I would NOT recommend it.

Feather cushions go flat after sitting on!! Be weary

We are very unhappy with this couch. The cushions go completely flat after one sitting and are losing feathers already after only two months. If I could go back I would choose a completely different couch based only on this. We have to refluff every single day. The couch structure is strong and material is more green than grey.
