Nice clean looking knife set for a scandi vibe
These knives are beautiful! So elegant- the wooden handles fit perfectly with my 70s kitchen that’s all warm tones. The knives cut well, they come in great sizes, have some heft and good balance, and the knife block is sleek looking. I will say, it seems like it will scratch easily I think the clear panel is acrylic and that makes me concerned for scratches on a high use surface. Because of that, I took away a star.

Beautiful and Sharp!
Thanks to Influenster and Schmitt Brothers for this complementary Hex 9 Piece Knife Block Set made of White Oak & German Stainless Steel in exchange for my honest review. If I told you, this was the very first knife set I’ve ever owned at my big age …. would you believe me? Well believe it! No more random knives! The quality and craftsmanship of this set is absolutely amazing! The brand name is beautifully etched into the German stainless steel, and the Solid White Oak handles are sturdy but lightweight. The knives are safely, snuggly and securely stored in the block. There is no wiggling whatsoever! I also like the fact that the bottom portion of the knife block is soft and foam-like so it won’t slide around or scratch your table/ countertop. These knives are indeed Sharp Sharp! I chopped through a sweet potato with no hesitation. This knife block it is great and I will probably be using this set for the rest of my life. P.s. this also a nice gift idea ….

Lovely knifes! Definitely recommend !
Very durable and sturdy! Super sharp you need to be careful you don’t want to accidentally cut yourself. I would recommend placing this somewhere kid can’t reach! I love how the knifes stick to the board like a magnet. Very easy to clean! Don’t forget to rub oil on the wooden handles and very 1-1month and half!

Beauty and function
So happy that I got these for free to review. The knives and the block are GORGEOUS. They are also very high quality. The knives are super sharp out of the box. They feel great to use as well. This set is fairly versatile with a variety of knives, just the right amount and variety for my family. The set I received doesn’t seem to have been oiled or waxed, I don’t know if that’s typical or not but as long as you have some mineral oil, cutting board oil, wax etc not a problem. I love these. Be sure to wash them by hand, good knives will get damaged in a dishwasher.

A great set
So in love with these knives and how they have a block to sit in on my countertop. They are extremely sharp and feel so comfortable in my hand. They are ready to use and simple to use as well. The wood looks so elegant. I really love them.
