These pillows are not firm. And in fact they seemed to be used.

Very comfortable
Pillow is comfortable. Just the right amount of firmness. It is true king size.
It provides firm support so I bought it for my mom, she likes firm pillow. On the contrary, it is very soft. Will return it.

It feels extra soft not extra firm.
Not extra firm
It's a nice pillow but not what was advertised. In no way could it be considered "extra firm". I bought it as a body hug pillow but it isn't that. I would return except Macy's is too far a drive. Will be fine to stuff a sham.

Firm bounceback nice cushion to cradle your head
I like the firm, bounceback it has to it, that was what I was hoping for. Some pillows are too soft and have no support. This offers support so that my head and neck are aligned nicely. The King size is great too, happy I chose it. I cannot comment on durability as I just received it but so far I'm happy I found this and hope the firm, cushion give to it lasts a long time. Macy's offered a good deal on it and it arrived earlier than the tracking stated.
