Horrible pillows!!

These are the worst pillows I have ever purchased, somewhat like laying your head in mashed potatoes! What part of firm are they speaking about?? And to top it off, Macys is absolutely ZERO help with the return process or refund. Never again will I purchase from Macys again.

It was days before this pillow turned into mush! I have already disposed of it! Please even if you are looking for fluff do NOT purchase this!!!
