Not firm. Wasted my money...

Extra firm??? More like extra fluffy...no support. Head disappears...not what I was expecting..

Extra Fluffy nowhere near Extra Firm.

First order sent Premium pillows not firm. Just extra soft and fluffy. I contacted customer service they apologized said would send the correct ones. I returned the incorrect pillows. Yet when the replacements came I still received the incorrect pillows. At this point I gave to a family member that uses both pillows as one and they still too soft and fluffy. Big fail on this one Macy. I noticed after the fact multiple reviews with same issue. If you don't carry this pillow just take it off your site. Glad I was able to find some firm pillows at Ross. Better and of course less.

Three times is not a charm…

Product shipped does not match website. We ordered the Extra Firm three (3) times and were told each time we would get Extra Firm as pictured but received “Premium”. Not a good experience
