Just okay.

Even though it has a cover, it needs a pillowcase. The zipper is not pleasant against the skin. Also, the cushion inside has a smell that hasn't gone away yet. It's an okay neck pillow, but I wouldn't buy it again.

I was at home at the time of the delivered. They just delivered the mattress protector. They did not deliver the pillow protectors.

Cool!

This pillowcase does keep you pillow cooler than it would be without it but don’t expect it to keep it cold like it was in the fridge. It is noticeable enough for me and I really enjoy having that coolness when sleeping!
