These are pricey, but are well made. I thought the hidden zipper was a good feature. As for cooling… I would say they are not especially cool or hot. If you are looking for cooling as a main feature, this is not that.

I’m constantly flipping my pillow over to lay on a cool side. But with this one I haven’t had to flip my pillow at all at night. I love it. Highly recommend!!! Wish it was black though.
