What is the mattress pad really made of???

It seems like a great mattress pad. It washed and dried well following the instructions. I took off a star because the tag states the material is 100% polyester but the selling points stated it was bamboo from rayon. Looking at fiber definitions, I found one definition that clearly explains the differences. “Polyester is a 100 percent synthetic fiber, which is made of oil products compared to the bamboo rayon that is a product of plants cellulose.” Either the marketing promises are incorrect or the tags are incorrect. I’m not sure which one is the truth.

New mattress

I only slept in this a few times but seem to have done well with multiple 8 hr sessions. This mattress does not come in a box and doesn’t need to breathe for 24 hrs. I haven’t had one of these in years and I’m glad I gave it a try. My dog seems to like too.
