I was disappointed with this product. It was very lumpy and too soft. No structure to the pillow. This is the first item I have bought from Macy's that was not good quality.

This is a comfortable pillow, and cool to the touch initially, but does hold heat like other pillows. I wake partially at least a half dozen times per night to flip the pillow to the cool side. Disappointed.
