Pillow has no fluff or bulk to it.
I was disappointed in this pillow. It is very flat when you lay down on it.

package was not damaged but the pillow inside was damaged , broken and burned half of the pillow - like plastic melted ...I'm thinking it is a returned item

Cheap pillows.
Not worth the money. After a few days use, they lost their shape. I went back to the old pillows I had.

Save your money!
If you flip your pillow like a pancake, you'll notice the new side is cooler. Unfortunately, the pillow was as thick as a pancake after 1 night of usage. I tried fluffing it, different types of cases and shams to no avail. 1. If you like a 2" cool pillow, you hit paydirt. 2. If you have any kind of neck pain or stiffness, there is nothing to sink into and offer support. Much needed support!! No. I do not recommend this pillow.

SCAM
I order these pillows during a promotion & the bonus entailed a free pillow. I ordered four pillows & the bonus pillows were not delivered. I went back to see the problem & now the pillows are not available & is not in my order. This is the second time Macy’s has excluded my bonus. Shame on you Macy’s. Are not getting enough money without having to add & promotion?
