I purchased this mattress for my mother. The box spring came with it. She loves her new bed! The delivery crew were excellent! They hauled the old mattress and box spring away in a seamless process. It was a wonderful experience.

Love this mattress. As of the first night sleeping on it, upon waking, all my aches and pains disappeared. Incredible feeling. In addition to that, delivery process couldn't have been easier. Delivery guys were exceptional in their professionalism and just did a fast removal of old mattresses and quick and effortless setup of new mattress. Very impressive. Thank you!!

What a great Mattress - we upgraded our old Sealy Posturepedic that we had a since 2006 and this was a great upgrade. The sales lady- Chantel at the Macys in Memphis was lovely and guided me through all the levels of soft and hard mattresses. I knew we needed a soft but not too soft as we are big people. This is the perfect softness with support. First time having a king mattress and we love it!

Plush and sturdy.

The mattress has a chemical odor that would not go away even after 2 months. The room smells bad when the door and windows are closed. I don't believe it is healthy. I had to return it. Additionally, it is a very comfortable mattress and would have been sufficient if it were for the chemical odor emitted from the mattress. I moved forward with a Sterns and Fosters. Macy's was great about exchanging the mattress without any problems!

Bought this for my son and have not yet seen it. The pictures he sent me look like the mattress is a bit low. However, if I had bought the standard box spring it would have been a little high. Also, a dust ruffle will not fit with the Low Profile Box Spring. I guess we'll keep it though.

Great mattress and delivered with such good care. I was already to vacuum when the old mattress was removed and they insisted on doing that too!
