Gives you hip and back pain.

Never had hip and back pain before I bought this mattress. With three weeks of purchase, I started to experienced the worse hip pain. I thought initially though this was due to other factors. I bought cooling gel and several other toppers to help with the pain. Nothing worked until, I travelled and slept in another mattress and realized that the pain went away. The moment I returned hone and slept on this mattress, the pain came back. I bought another mattress and never had any more hip and lower back pain.

This mattress is very poor quality I've bought 10/17/23 it's already sinking down and my back and neck hurts. Every morning I have pain all over my back By the way I'm 125lb I'm the only person using this mattress. Very disappointed 😞

Horrible smell - horrible customer service

This mattress had a horrible smell, and Macys was really impossible to deal with on the return. Luckily, Visa got involved and Macys did end up taking it back after several weeks of hassle and aggravation. Macys actually tried to tell me just to keep the window open and the fan on in the bedroom. I was very surprised to see how terrible Macys was, and also was surprised they would sell a mattress where they claimed the strong odor was a part of the product. I’ve never before had a mattress that smells like sulfur, I can’t imagine that’s normal. DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS, and unless you are ok with a company that has to be forced to refund for a defective product, don’t buy from Macys.

Much thinner mattress than advertised

I ordered the Medium Euro Top and find the balance between firmness & softness to be just right. However, I am so disappointed that the mattress is advertised as 15" but only measures 11". I am very particular with the design and scale of my furniture pieces, sheets & accessories, and this was a huge miss. I initially thought they delivered the wrong mattress!

The mattress is not too firm and not too soft. Just right. My husband and I slept like babies the first night in our home.

Terrible mattress

DO NOT BUY. Immediately got a dip in it, has been an insane hassle to get it returned.
