Not a King Size Pad - Twin Size for King Price

The mattress pad Macy's lists online indicates a King-sized pad, at the King-sized pricing. The measurements listed are actually for the Twin-sized. I paid for the King-sized and received the Twin. Contacted customer support to receive the King-sized purchased, and they sent another Twin. They actually don't have any King-sized pads available for purchase! A terrible customer service experience - do not by this King-sized mattress pad, from Macy's!!!
