Delivered with a broken lack on the second largest bowl and the item says “Final Sale- Can’t Be Returned”. Not even for BROKEN deliveries?!!!

10-pc Nesting Glass Bowl Set

I am beyond glad with this purchase. I am moving away from plastic-type storage and these bowls are not only useful but quite attractive even for storage. The unique handle to house all bowls is both attractive and strong. I was able to "house" these bowls in one location. I highly recommend this unique bowl set!

Broken

This set arrived defective. All of the clasps were broken on all five bowls, making the lids unusable since they do not snap or seal. I’ve included photos showing the issue. After experiencing this, I went back and noticed there are many reviews reporting the same problem broken clasps upon delivery. I truly wish I had paid closer attention to those reviews before purchasing. I contacted Macy’s customer service through chat and clearly requested a refund, especially since this appears to be a known and recurring issue. Despite providing photos, the representative ignored my request for a refund and instead processed a reshipment. While a replacement was offered, the interaction itself was rude and dismissive, which was disappointing. The glass bowls themselves are nice, but the locking lids are a key feature of this set. When every clasp arrives broken and many customers report the same issue the product is not usable as intended. I would not recommend this set unless the clasp and

Good, but lids won’t last long.

The bowls are nice, the lids will not last long. I can already tell that the clips will break off soon. One was already broken right out of the box

Disappointed

Love the set bowl sizes. But the lids don't fit correctly anymore. Haven't used them much so wouldn't expect to happen. Do not seal - spills. Can still use the bowls but not good to transport liquids.
