They arrived broken in their boxes

I ordered 2 of them. When I removed them from the shipping boxes, I could hear broken glasses from the boxes. When I opened the boxes, I found out that they were definitely both broken. I just chatted with someone today and they will be replaced. There was not a sign of fragile of the shipping box. Also, inside the box, they were 4 of them in each box but they were inside of each other. I did not removed them from the boxes to see but it looked like there was no cushion between them. I hope that the next one would be not broken. It looks like a good product but the shipping needs to be improved.
