Lid Cracked while Cooking

I was so excited to have received the pot. I used it once and everything was fine. Using it for the second time....I heard loud cracking. The cracking is visible and I took a picture of it. The pot itself is beautiful. However, I'm disappointed, because the lid appears fragile and susceptible to cracking.

Handle came broken underneath

Wonderful pot it cooks wonderful. I didn’t send it back because it already took forever to receive it. But someone dropped it and underneath handle it’s broken

Damaged-sorry!

Sorry to say it arrived dented and I will be returning. I have no idea if packed dented or damaged in transit.

Nice value at a Black Friday super discount pri

Ceramic non stick lining -- a very good thing -- but middling thickness aluminum pot body. I will be careful with heating and cleaning this pot and will see how it holds up. Again, at the sale price paid the value looks as if it will work out just fine.
