Open box

I received this pan in an opened box at my front door, expect the boxes of things that I ordered to arrive sealed and nice this box has no Macys logo no usual red star it’s squishy from being smashed the box was opened no telling what this pan was exposed to… I am disappointed. This was a gift now I have to buy a gift box the red star Macys box would have made this order better not good the pan looks fine it’ll be okay just really wanted my red star box 💔

Cheap material makes a cheap pan.

Very thin and the lid doesn't fit properly. The pour spout should be on both sides as it is on the left and I needed it on the right.

Bad experience - Saucepan deformed

I had bad experience with this one. In first usage itself the bottom of Saucepan got bent / deformed and base is no longer flat/stable. It is disappointing for sure. I am returning this item
