Seiko Automatic

This is my first Seiko automatic. I’m impressed with the watch. Keeps good time and it’s an attractive field watch. It has nylon strap that’s a little peculiar but I’ve learned to like it. The watch has a see through back that I consider a plus since it wasn’t advertised. I consider the watch a bargain at its price point.

Great watch

I’ve been wearing this watch for about a month now and I’m absolutely in love with it. I’m very much a watch wearer but always digital or a smartwatch, this is my first mechanical watch and I certainly recommend it. The dial is easy to read and the lume lasts all night; mine is running about 3-4 seconds fast per day which surpasses my expectations. I’ve gone in the water with this watch and have had zero issues with its water resistance. The NATO strap makes wearing the watch very comfortable and it never moves around on my wrist. Being in the Navy, I wanted a watch that harkens back to the classic field watches of the 20th century and this hits the nail on the head.
