DON'T SHOP AT MACY'S

Not only was the watch delivered late after I paid for expedited shipping.. but the message and the gift wrapping I paid for was not provided. I will NEVER order ANYTHING from Macy's moving forward. The worst part was the customer service folks I spoke to said "there was nothing they could do". This watch was going to be a present for my dad. #RippedOff

The Watch came in without warranty papers. The watch alone in its box.
