Different than pictures.

Bezel is totally different than pictures. I thought he was gonna be black and gray, but it ended up being a mirror finish silver and black. If you’re OK with that then it’s a great watch.

Zero Complaints

Super happy with my watch purchase. I wanted a sharp looking automatic that wouldn’t break the bank and could handle getting knocked around a bit. This fit the bill perfectly. It has the “Bruce Wayne” Rolex type styling and the price was significantly less than going directly through Seiko.

Macy’s sold me a damaged watch

This Seiko 5 GMT SSK-001 is an excellent watch. Great quality. But Macy’s sent me a damaged watch. Its my fault for realizing too late and past the 30 day free return but the bezel was damaged on the inside (not visible) hence my delay. The bezel would not turn and click with ease, as intended. It was very tight and I thought it would loosen with time, it never did. I sent to authorized Seiko repair and was told it is not covered under warranty, since it was damaged not defective. I barely wore the watch and definitely did not bang or drop it. Macy’s refused to take back since the window for free returns past. Buyer beware of Macy’s. Ironically, I also bought my son the same watch, different dial and bezel color (white/blue) and he had the same exact problem. Just not as severe. - bezel still turned, but no clicking. Again we did not know enough to realize it was damaged goods. I felt that Macy’s to pass it off. Too bad, both great watches. I recommend them but not from Macy’s.

Great value watch !

Love the design , the overall look and the lumen is very bright at night. Looks and feels much more expensive that it actually is.

Best GMT timepiece on the market!

Best Automatic watch on the market. The bracelet is beautiful ( just like a Rolex watch) however for a fraction of a price you get the best bang for your buck! Get it while you can. I’m thinking of buying another of this beautifully crafted timepieces. Excellent watch built by Seiko! Truly a masterpiece.
