Nice Watch

I was hoping for a bit more quality, especially with the push-button buckle, it felt a little flimsy and not as solid as I expected. That said, the color of the dial is absolutely beautiful and definitely eye-catching, but in the end, it just wasn’t enough to make me want to keep the watch. The Japanese movement runs smoothly and does its job well, but I decided to go ahead and spend a bit more for a Movado with a Swiss movement, which just feels a bit more refined overall.

I've been eyeing this watch for many years, and I am so glad I've finally get one! It's a beautiful watch perfect for everyday wear or formal dress up occasions. The sunray dial is just beautiful, I can look at it for hours. If you are thinking about it, get it! you will love it !

Received a returned/used piece.Refund took 4 weeks

Someone most likely bought this watch, re-sized it, then returned it. That returned piece was sent to me. It was full of scratches and was so small, it didn't even fit through the fingers of my wrist. I was forced to return it, and good luck to the next person who will now receive this!! The watch is extremely beautiful though. I ordered another from the former richest man on earth. The return was another nightmare. I was foolish to do a UPS return instead of in-store. My refund didn't process till almost 4 weeks after the return. Took six phone calls (some as long as 45 minutes) and multiple chats to get my money back. Some agents were good, some were average and one asked me to "wait 99 minutes to speak with a supervisor". Nightmarish experience overall.
