Disappointed
Bracelet adjustment ruined the strap. It’s a pin and collar bracelet. Was unaware and lost the collars and not the strap is rendered useless. Had to buy a rubber strap. Also watch did not come wrapped. Looked and felt like a display model.

Japanese Quality
Seiko has never disappointed. The watch face is what attracted me initially - color scheme, offset crown, clear luminescence, cyclops eye. The Stainless Steel Link Strap is high quality, with a dual locking mechanism and, brushed finish just make this a steal at the price.

It’s good looking watch but it’s not very accurate. You need to reset this watch every few days. If you looking for accuracy stay away from this watch.

Great QPR everyday watch or first automatic
This watch is a great value. The finish quality and automatic movement reliability from Seiko are excellent and this particular model is Made in Japan which makes it more desirable among some collectors. Buying from Macy's means that your purchasing from an authorized retailer so your warranty is secure.
Nice Watch Bad Service
Had the watch shipped to store which was fast, inspected the watch great looking all is good. Salesperson asked if I wanted it sized I agreed, tried it on needed 2 links removed. She removed the links but than could not put the band back together. Tells me that I can reorder another watch that I have to pay for again, you broke it you should replace it not me. Bad business practice or policy. You losted the sale because of this and future business with Macy's.
