Coutura watch

The watch is fantastic but to get the watch set up, they said they were unqualified to set up the watch. Two different stores said they just sell and Macy's do not train there people to help with the watch accept the wristband. I had to pay a jewler to set up. I even called home office customer service and they said nothing can be done. I refuse to buy anything further from Macy's.

Nice watch! but No Manual

Nice watch! but No Manual, No atomic time. The small hands are extremely difficult to see - they are white on the pictures, but they are silver on black. Use flash light.

The best day buying a watch @ Macys Oakbrook, I

The people n the watch Department were very nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable about watches and their products.Bought the Seiko Coutur Watch . Great price but the service was better than the price savings / They adjusted the watch band for a perfect fix on my wrist / The Lady thanked me for my purchase. Everything was perfect!!

Just a beautiful

Got this for my birthday gift and let me tell you I love it! You won't regret getting this beauty it looks even better in person than in the photos. So far I've worn it a few times and already got a couple of compliments no lie. Don't think twice and just get it!
