THE WATCH

I had this watch many years ago, the stem was broken while replacing the battery at another big box clothing store so they replaced it. I was devastated, it had been a birthday present and I loved that watch. Now after many years I have found one just like it and am so happy! I keep things forever and this will last.

Watch is beautiful but the one I received is not new, not in original covers ,stickers and looks refurbished.I purchased it to gift but in this condition I can’t give it as gift.

Defective Watch

Nice looking watch but the date feature didn't work. At first I thought it was me. But I tried 4 times and it never worked. I consulted the online instruction manual to make sure I was setting it correctly. When the watch arrived the time was set but not the date. I wondered about it but then set the date thinking it was no big deal. Now I wonder that the date wasn't set because it was defective and Macys mailed it out not caring. This isn't the first time Macys has done this to me. I ordered a summer bathrobe on sale a few years ago only to find that the snaps weren't properly aligned. It wasn't expensive so I didn't bother to return it but I should have.
