Macys sent me a used watch with scratches!

I have left a review in the past and they didnt post it. I have to repeat and will keep writing a review until you post it: I got sent a used watch!! No protection film, no booklet, the watch was all scratched up on both bracelet and back of the dial. The packaging is even worse. Box is torn, somebody even used black marker to cover the box name, what could it be?! A box that is not SEIKO? Could this be a fake? Please respect Seiko brand and your customers? Will return anyways but I need to warn new cuztomers

This watch will stop working, even if you are wearing it. Will be returning it. No I don’t recommend this watch.

Seiko needs to make this bigger

The watch is beautiful but too small. I have a small wrist, however the dark dial makes it a little hard to see. They should make it 30mm
