Packed terribly

Thank goodness I opened it before giving it to my mom! The watch arrived in a plastic zip lock bag with (not in) its display box. I had to put it on its pillow and have zero confidence it was not damaged in shipping. I may never order Macy’s fine jewelry online again and will never send it to someone if I can’t be there to check it first. There was nothing special about this Macy’s experience and frankly Seiko should review to see if it’s consistent with their brand merchandising guidelines. My opinion of both Macy’s and Seiko was lowered by this experience.
