Good Except Diamond clarity

Everything about the watch was what I had hoped for. Except for the diamonds on the outside dial. The diamonds looked cloudy, with not much shine. One of the diamonds also seems to be chipped. Before you buy, the diamonds quality might not be what you hoped for.
