Return problem

This is always a problem to buy from third party sellers. I bought the shoes oct - 15 and needed to return cuz the size was big for me and started to return oct 22. Dropped the shoes Macy’s store and they told me in 3-10 days you will get your refund. And today, November 23. Today I needed to go to macys store again to ask where is my refund they told me that you should’ve received your refund, but i am not.! even on the macys app ( i showed the customer servise person) it shows refund is not initiated in my account. Never buy again any third party seller. I want my money back.

Beautiful well made

This is a great quality pair of shoes you can tell it was made in Turkey. They smell like real sude I had a similar sneakers from coach and returned because this quality is superior and the price is reasonable. I’m happy with this purchase you can go wrong. ( I don’t get paid for this review just another happy customer) with Macy’s and the manufacturer.

Received wrong item

I received ugly boots instead of the sneakers I ordered, delivery took 3 weeks. I have initiated return and hope to get my money back.

Miu Miu Look Without the Price Tag

Absolutely love these sneakers! The quality leather feels premium, and they’re super comfy right out of the box. They look just like the trendy Miu Miu ones but literally 20 times cheaper. They go with everything—from jeans to dresses—and I love that they came with extra laces. Definitely a new staple in my wardrobe! Got many compliments already and can’t believe they have zero reviews here!

3rd party seller

I bought these because I trusted Macy's as a reputable company, but it turns out Macy's is letting disreputable 3rd party sellers on their website. This seller took my money, marked my shoes as "shipped" and didn't give me a refund until I tracked them down over a week later, at which point they claimed they couldn't fulfill my order because of "supply issues". If they didn't have the shoes, why did they charge me and what exactly did they "ship"?
