Bought a year ago and now useless

Both earbuds never worked at the same time, left one stopped charging after a month and now won’t turn on and I can’t pair just one of them so the right one is useless now too

Right earbud stopped working

I bought this product on July 11th, 2022. Yestarday (February 22nd, 2024) the right earbud stopped working. Read online and it seems like it is a major issue with these models. Major bummer, I only used my headphones while on the office, with a very light use. Now I'll have to go to Apple's or Bose's headphones.

Charging Case Not Replaceable

If you lose the charging case or it stops working, you can't replace it. You'd have to buy the whole et of earbuds to get another charging case.
