I bought a set of the CX True wireless headphones. The sound quality was good but they would only hold charge for 5 minutes. I returned them and received a full refund. As the headphones were on special - and my husband had a pair he was very happy with - I bought a second pair. this pair held their charge, or at least the left headphone did. The right headphone refused to charge at all and never got above zero %. This pair was also returned and I am awaiting processing of the refund. I won't be buying a third pair.

Don't bother wasting your money
Purchased these headphones, they have a two year warranty and worked fine within that 2 year timeframe. A month afterward the warranty ended, one ear bud started to disconnect, only charged every now and again and it has been getting worse and worse. I tried to contact Sennheiser for help, aware it was out of warranty but wanting help because as a consumer I was feeling pretty hard done by because it is a reasonably expensive product that didn't last long. They responded with the following and offered no help - Thank you for contacting us. Sennheiser Hearing offer a two year global warranty from the date of purchase. Unfortunately you are no longer covered under warranty. We recommend purchasing a new product. Should you need any further information do not hesitate to contact us. ----- I personally think that's pretty poor, especially since they recommend buying a new product - what happens when the next one does the same thing so soon after the 2 year warranty period and broken?

Not Happy
Never got this product to work properly. Only one earbud lights up; it can pair with the phone but the other is dead. Tried all the reset options I could find, nothing helped. Called local support number, got a case raised at European call centre with a promised response in 2 business days. Heard nothing after 4 business days.

Defective from birth!
Initially the related program did not show the tone control setup and numerous complaints showed that this was a general fault, which Sennheizer denied. The company which wrote the program for Sennheizer said they had loaded it incorrectly and put a patch on the internet which worked. At 2.5 years, however, the right headphone has stopped working and there is a plethora of complaints on the internet re the same fault. The last time I buy this brand.

Continually asks to recharge headphones. Battery doesn't last more than a couple of hours. Sound quality excellent when able to use.

Broken bud
I’ve only used these once and the right earbud is already not working. After reading some reviews, I guess this is a common problem. I troubleshooted everything anyone suggested with no luck. I did like the sound quality so it’s a 2, but not the set I would recommend

Excellent sound quality
Bought it over a year ago and still works excellent. Passive noise cancellation is great, bass is great very much satisfied money well spent. Battery life is still great over four hours continuously using. Fits my ear and does not bother me a bit. Almost forgot that something is in my ear

2nd time disappointed
The first time I purchased this product, I had to return it because one earbud stopped working and wouldn't connect to Bluetooth. The dealer replaced them without any hassle. Unfortunately, the replaced set is experiencing the same issue.
