Easy to Set Up, Comfortable Fit, and Amazing Sound

These headphones were very straightforward to set up. It took a couple of minutes for them to appear on Bluetooth, but once they did, pairing was quick and hassle-free. I really like that they include multiple earbud sizes — everyone’s ears are different, and the standard size felt slightly large for me, so having smaller options made a big difference in comfort. The charging case feels solid and well made without being bulky, which is great for carrying in a bag or pocket. Sound quality is excellent, and the noise cancellation genuinely works. I tested it on the lowest setting and could faintly hear someone talking nearby, but the words weren’t clear at all. If you’re looking to fully tune out and enjoy music, podcasts, or calls without distractions, these headphones do the job perfectly.

Great sound, one bud stopped working

Love the sound but after less than one year one bud stopped working. Tried all the troubleshooting steps from support page. Still not working.

garbage brand

I am a fan of this brand and have been using its products for over ten years. However, in recent years, the wireless earphones (I have CX True Wireless, MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 and MOMENTUM True Wireless 4 ) all have had issues. especially this product, it started having problems after using it for less than half a year. Now I try to contact for warranty, ask me from uk send to Germany and need to prepaid UPS label. I don't want to pay more for this garbage brand. I and very disappointed with this brand. its quality has been very poor in recent years, and I will not use this brand anymore.

Horrible experience w/ the product

Only problems after 2 months (no sync, and / or no charging) and even randomly onle hearing at one side at times. No definitive solution has been delivered to solve those problems. Absolute waste of money. Never more Sennheiser again.

Painful to wear

Hurts my ears to wear for even less than 30 mins. Has ringing noise when you take it out/put it in. It's just not good for a decent listening experience.
